What is Pilates?


An exercise system with and without apparatus based on eight basic principles. The aim is to improve flexibility and strength and to create a balance in the body. It includes comprehensive regulation of the physical functions and leads to physical and mental relaxation.

 

 

Class Schedule:

Each Monday evening at 6:00 p.m. (walk-ins welcome)

 

Cost: $12 for 50 minutes

Each Tuesday evening from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.

Classes are made up of 1 hr. fitness training program and 30-35 minute instruction on healthy living w/:
